Her career began in 2005, spanning key roles at Google, YouTube, Amazon, TikTok, and Netflix. Morgan’s extensive background gives her a unique perspective on the intersection of consumer technology, content, and growth.
Morgan holds a Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania, where she focused on the science of well-being. Coupled with her NYU Life & Career Coaching certification, she is now at the forefront of applying the positive psychology principles to modern tech challenges.
A passionate advocate for digital wellness, Morgan lives in Ridgewood, NJ, and is actively leading community efforts to delay smartphone and social media use for children, directly applying her academic and tech expertise to a critical modern challenge.
